We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-moving team dedicated to deploying advanced technology into mission-critical public sector environments. This role involves collaborating across product, security, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions, while directly interfacing with customers to build the features they need most.This role is based in Washington D.C. or San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel to customer sites.Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deliver customer-facing features for on-premises and cloud environments, enabling impactful public sector applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to adapt products to unique and challenging operational constraints.
• User-Centric Solutions: Engage directly with users to understand their needs and design tailored solutions to meet their challenges.
• Innovate with Research: Collaborate with research teams to integrate and iterate on cutting-edge models and technologies.
• Drive Product Excellence: Work closely with product managers, designers, and operations teams to create high-performing, scalable applications.
• Optimize Performance: Continuously improve applications for speed, reliability, and scalability.Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph
  • Engineering Expertise: 5+ years of experience in tech and product-driven environments.
  • Back-End Knowledge: Strong command of backend languages, particularly Python.
  • Infrastructure Familiarity: Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and similar tools.
  • Adaptable and Agile: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with loosely defined requirements and shifting priorities.
  • AI/ML Enthusiast: Interest in AI/ML technologies and their applications (prior experience not required).
