Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to
enhance customer engagement and retention through effective
communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies for customer lifecycle
stages from onboarding to retention
Create and deploy customer communications via email and in-app
messaging to keep users informed and engaged
Analyze data to tailor communications and monitor the effectiveness
of lifecycle tactics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a
related field preferred
2+ years of experience in customer marketing or professional
communications
Experience in K-6 education or edtech is a plus
Familiarity with marketing automation and in-app communication
platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work
effectively
