Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transportation/Highway Engineer I to
work on large infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Completes assignments including plans, specifications, and
estimates using CAD and engineering software
Prepares engineering computations, quantity takeoffs,
specifications, and other construction documents
Provides technical guidance to CAD Designers, Drafters, and
lower-level Engineers on projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience in Illinois transportation-related projects is a
plus
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate is desired
Working knowledge of CAD software, especially Micro-station,
Geopak, and Open Roads Designer
2+ years of related work experience
