Well-known Silicon Valley venture fund is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two General Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a tight-knit, collaborative team of EA's and join an organization focused on turning ideas into world-changing companies. You'll manage calendars and travel, provide meeting support, and plan events while ensuring the General Partner's time is maximized. Someone sharp, has excellent communication skills, and strong familiarity with startups is a must. This is a hybrid role 3 days/week based in San Francisco. Must be willing to work events and on weekends occasionally for events. 170-180K+ DOE + fully covered benefits, 401k with matching, and flexible PTO!Responsibilities:

• Proactively provide support to two General Partners including scheduling and calendar management, ensuring efficient time management and conflict resolution for executives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including providing detailed itineraries.
• Provide meeting prep and support to ensure the executives are set up for success.
• Plan and organize events ranging from small meetings to large gatherings of 500+ attendees, handling logistics at various locations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to support broader organizational goals.
• Assist with writing projects, communications, and other tasks as requested.
• Handle ad hoc tasks with a proactive and efficient approach.Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar operations/support role. Ideally organizations in open-source, AI or similar industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written materials.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Warm and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with startups and a strong understanding of the unique demands of the industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends, with adjusted hours as needed.
