DESCRIPTION:We seek a driven Sales & Business Development
professional to grow and manage our Data Center business in the
Americas. This role focuses on driving sales of our advanced LiDAR
sensors and solutions to customers, end users, and channel
partners.The ideal candidate excels in consultative sales,
leveraging technical expertise, strong communication, and
presentation skills to manage the full sales cycle. Passion,
confidence, and a compelling presence are key, along with a
willingness to travel. A competitive package, including base
salary, bonus, and stock options, is offered.CORE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize accurate forecasting to meet or exceed revenue and
funnel goals.
- Drive demand creation and solution selling, focusing on
multi-year growth.
- Generate leads, engage new customers and partners, develop
strategies for the expansion of the data center vertical.
- Expand revenue and margins with existing accounts while
building strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market conditions and competitors' go-to-market
strategies.
- Provide pre- and post-sale consultation, technical support, and
service to customers and partners.
- Provide feedback on product needs, market opportunities, and
challenges to Quanergy management.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and R&D to
implement a winning strategy for the data center vertical.
- Attend trade shows, travel to support customers, and stay up to
date on industry trends.
- Travel domestically up to 50% as needed.REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years' experience selling complex solutions in security,
data center, smart spaces, or enterprise markets.
- Proven success managing channel partners and business
ecosystems.
- Track record of driving major account strategies and achieving
multi-million-dollar revenue.
- Experience with optical products, 3D sensing software, and
image processing.EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or
equivalent technical experience.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, &
ABILITIES:
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - must work effectively as a
team player.
- Superior organizational and time management skills - must be
able to manage several projects efficiently.
- Proven results applying consultative and high-value selling
models.
- CRM knowledge - Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to relate to customer
issues, and capable of applying solutions to meet the needs of
customer-specific requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamically growing
company, meet schedules, and maintain a high level of output.
- Keen eye for details and resolve to drive quality
deliverables.
- Technical, system-level, solution selling aptitude
required.
