offerings
Perform discovery to understand customer needs and document
requirements
Build detailed, custom-scoped service proposals and manage project
expectations
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or customer
success roles
Knowledge of professional services selling processes and
implementation methodologies
Deep understanding of project management methodologies
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and explore
solutions
