Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inventory Management Director to
oversee inventory management, demand planning, and procurement
activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory management strategies, including
demand forecasting and stock optimization
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management
processes and conduct regular audits
Manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with Service
Level Agreements (SLAs) related to inventory management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent
professional experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a large Statewide
program and five (5) years in an Order Fulfillment position
supervising teams
At least three (3) years of experience with an Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) system
Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control
software
Preferred certifications include Certified in Supply Chain
Management (CSCM) and Lean Six Sigma
