Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Lighting Artist to oversee
lighting design and implementation in game environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Lighting team, providing direction and feedback to ensure
consistency and clarity of roles
Oversee lighting design and implementation to enhance visual appeal
and gameplay across various environments
Collaborate with other departments to establish visual standards
and maintain high-quality assets
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in game development with leadership roles on
shipped titles
A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with lighting
environments for AAA games
Demonstrated experience with Unreal Engine 5 and realistic art
styles
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Proficiency with PBR and ability to manage complex lighting
solutions
