We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Agency Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing projects from inception to completion. You will also oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and timelines
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and expenses
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards
• Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
• Provide support and guidance to project team membersRequirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or a related role
  • Proven experience in managing and executing marketing projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
