Job Description:
A company is looking for an Events Specialist to assist in the
planning and management of B2B and internal events.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, organization, and management of various
events
Draft event briefings and communications for internal and external
stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure
smooth event execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related
field
1-2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related
internships
Proficient in G-Suite applications and Canva; familiarity with
HubSpot is a plus
Basic understanding of event management and marketing
principles
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
