the roleWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales
Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you
will play a key part in generating and nurturing leads, expanding
our customer base, and driving revenue growth. You will have the
opportunity to learn and grow your skills in various aspects of
marketing, including lead nurturing, outbound prospecting,
marketing automation, and data analysis.Top 3 Priorities
- Generate pipeline from our outbound channel
- Launch and scale outbound prospecting motion
- Identify new opportunities for lead engagementWhat you'll
do
- Research and identify potential customers that align with our
ideal customer profile.
- Conduct outreach through email, social media, and other
channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Craft compelling and personalized email sequences for different
stages of the buyer's journey.
- A/B test different messaging and subject lines to optimize open
and click-through rates.
- Ensure all outreach adheres to messaging best practices.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
through the sales funnel.
- Segment lists and personalize messaging based on lead behavior
and demographics, firmographics, etc.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for
improvement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (Unify, RB2B) to streamline
and scale marketing efforts.
- Build and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing and
scoring.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of
automation initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to track sales
and marketing performance and identify trends.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to the
team.
- Use data to inform sales and marketing strategies and optimize
campaigns.Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales role
(internships included)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best
practices
- Proficiency in sales engagement tools (experience with Apollo,
Unify and/or RB2B a plus)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentBenefits

- $50/month phone stipendOccasional Travel: Connecting is in our
DNA, please note that we anticipate roughly 3-4 nights of travel
per quarter for this role.Total Compensation Package; Including
Benefits and Stock:
- Base: $60,000 - $72,500 a year; Depending on Experience and
Qualifications
- Medical, vision, dental, life: $10,000 - $16,000 a year;
Depending on Individual or Family Plan
- Equity: Our vision is to take BoomPop to the moon; Total
Estimated Value for this Role is $50,000+Please note that this is a
