Job Description:
A company is looking for a RVP, Sales - Tableau (Federal).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, participating in
client and prospect meetings
Recruit, hire, and train new team members while mentoring direct
reports on sales strategies
Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management,
while monitoring team performance and demand generation
activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team
of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
Proven track record in leading Account Executives and creating
successful teams
Experience in consultative selling and strong business acumen
Prior experience in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS,
IaaS, PaaS) space
