You Are:You are a dynamic and driven sales professional with a
passion for technology and a knack for building strong
relationships. With a technical degree, ideally connected to
Semiconductors, and a minimum of 10 years of successful sales
experience in the technology/semiconductor sector, you have a
proven track record of driving high growth. Experience in Analog
design would be an advantage. You have a keen interest in the
business side of sales and are known for your energy and
enthusiasm. With at least 3 years of leadership experience, you
excel in leading teams and are comfortable working in a dynamic,
matrixed environment. Your team-oriented mindset and ability to
work collaboratively make you a valuable asset in any setting.
What You'll Be Doing:Leading a team of energetic sales
professionals focused on driving revenue growth in specific product
categories.Partnering with regional sales leaders to define and
execute go-to-market strategies.Recruiting and developing
like-minded individuals to join your team.Implementing sales
strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Building and
maintaining strong relationships with key customers and
stakeholders.Providing technical expertise through sales
presentations, product demonstrations, and technical
discussions.

What You'll Need:Bachelors in Engineering.Minimum of 10 years of
sales experience in technology and semiconductor sales sales with a
track record of success driving high growth.Experience in Analog
design is an advantage.At least 3 years of leadership experience,
with strong management skills.Ability to work effectively in a
dynamic, matrixed environment.
