Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Service Representative
to provide operational support to large health plan clients.
Key Responsibilities
Address client issues and requests, ensuring timely resolution
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to manage
operational concerns
Track and report on the status of client issues and facilitate
conference calls as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
2+ years of account/client management experience in the healthcare
industry
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare-related experience
Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
Proficiency in reporting systems such as Salesforce, Cognos, and
Jira
