Job Description:
We've been retained to lead the search for a Corporate / Mergers
and Acquisitions Attorney with first-class experience in advising
on private equity backed or private M&A deals who would be
interested in moving into broking representations and warranties
insurance.The business operates in the premium space ( -50m -
-10bn+) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers, and
sellers on the procurement and placement of representation and
warranties insurance policies globally.You will have a solid
background as a Corporate Attorney from a recognised law firm and
be knowledgeable about the risks attached to M&A
transactions.
