We offer an exceptional opportunity for a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead diverse projects from start to finish while learning from industry experts in the field. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experience land surveyor to join our field and office team. A licensed surveyor with 4 years' experience, proficient in all aspects of land surveying, boundary, topo, ALTA/ACSM and construction staking. Competency in preparing drawings and report using CADD ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform comprehensive land surveying operations including field work, technical documentation, and project management Execute boundary and topographic surveys using advanced equipment and technology Prepare and review technical drawings, legal descriptions, and survey documentation Manage client relationships and coordinate with team members and external stakeholders MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license 4+ years of experience in land surveying, including: Boundary and topographic surveys ALTA/ACSM surveys Construction staking Demonstrated expertise with Trimble GNSS and conventional survey equipment Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center Experience preparing Records of Survey, Corner Records, Parcel Maps, and legal descriptions Valid driver's license PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Drone mapping experience Project management experience Knowledge of North Bay property records Experience coordinating with County agencies FAA Part 107 certification GPS savvy PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES: Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Self-motivated with strong collaborative capabilities Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Operate standard office, drafting and survey equipment Valid driver's license and ability to drive to field sites, mountainous roads and operate an ATV Vision, hearing, and manual dexterity for computer work and equipment operation Ability to perform field work including: Walking long distances over steep terrain Lifting and carrying equipment up to 45 pounds Operating survey equipment and driving stakes BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, 401K and Profit Sharing.
