Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Plan/Payer Lean Six Sigma
Architect for Customer Service Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to drive
continuous improvement in customer service operations
Lead the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles across key
value streams
Manage projects and change initiatives to ensure sustainable
process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field with
5+ years of relevant work experience
Mastery of Six Sigma concepts and tools, including Value Stream
Mapping and Kaizen events
Proven leadership experience in managing large cross-functional
teams
Experience in health plan operations and continuous improvement
implementation
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
