for an experienced and passionate Senior HCM Systems Analyst to
join our team. You will be responsible for partnering with key
stakeholders to design, implement and provide ongoing support for
the Workday HCM applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of HR processes and extensive experience with Workday
HCM. This is the opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful, and

- Lead the Workday configuration, including reviewing and
recommending new features, release planning, system configuration,
and providing day-to-day support and maintenance.
- Lead ongoing implementation of new Workday processes, products,
and features, bringing recommendations from prior experience and
providing the business with options including pros/cons of
decisions.
- Collaborate with key business partners to understand business
needs, recommend solutions, and outline the needed timeline to
implement requested changes.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend workarounds (or
alternatives) to address business requirement needs.
- Experience across all areas of solution build-out including
Workday domain security, Workday business process security, and
Workday report development, delivering a complete end-to-end
solution.
- Review business requests and scope and size effort for project
roadmap planning.
- Help define the People Systems roadmap to ensure proper
sequencing and the best use of resources in both the technology
team and the business.
- Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to the People
leadership team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to document and re-engineer
current processes while continuously identifying gaps and
possibilities for automation.
- Partner closely with other technology leaders to influence
end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, and scalable
technology solutions that solve business problems.
- Proactively research new vendors, technologies, and industry
best practices that will inform our long-term HR technology
strategy.
- Be responsible for a scalable security architecture and design
for system access and controls.Who you are
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Workday, with at least 5 years
focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation,
Payroll, or Absence and Time Tracking.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices with
demonstrated experience working in a hyper-growth company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to work effectively with diverse teams and negotiate for the best
possible solution.
- Ability to coach and mentor partners at all levels on using
Workday and the value it brings to business processes.
- Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and
understand and maintain HR data security.
- Demonstrated ability to create internal team processes and help
in the maturity of an internal People Systems team.
- Must be able to work independently, escalate when necessary,
and adapt to a fluid, fast-paced environment.Airtable is an equal

Angeles, the base salary range for this role is: $192,100 -
