Job Description:

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

System level debug or troubleshooting and repair as necessary.
Manually examine and repair computer hardware and peripheral components.
Test functionality and assess problems by operating computer systems or related.
Troubleshooting computer systems problems.
Take apart and re-assemble computer components and parts.
Use small handheld tools such as screwdrivers, multimeter, etc.
Manually setup computer systems and hardware, and install or re-install software programs for computer users.
Work with colleagues (e.g., other computer repair, maintenance, QA and product engineer / manager) to resolve computer-related problems (troubleshooting).
Read and review technical support manuals or other materials (e.g., SOP & work instructions).
Create FA (Failure Analysis) Report base on the findings and solutions, must be required to write and spell in English correctly.
Other duties and tasks assigned by managers.
Must be able to follow company policy and safety procedure.



A. REQUIREMENTS

Minimum at least 1 year of experience in the computer hardware and software industry
College degree prefer
Must be fluent in English

Must have experience in repairing/troubleshooting of Motherboard.
Have experience in Soldering IC chipset.
