We are seeking a talented and experienced .Net Architect to lead our team in designing and developing innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .Net technologies and architecture, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead the design and development of complex .Net applications
  
• Architect and implement scalable and high-performance software solutions
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver quality products
  
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the .Net ecosystem
  
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
  
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance
  
  Qualifications and Skills:
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .Net technologies
  
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale .Net applications
  
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, MVC, and SQL Server
  
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
