Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Consultant who is passionate
about payroll processing and project work.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including
taxes and deductions
Provide guidance on payroll compliance, benefits, and policies
Perform regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and
compliance
Required Qualifications
Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, Rippling,
BambooHR, UKG, and Ceridian
Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance with federal,
state, and local regulations
Ability to maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Experience in leading or working with a team to improve payroll
processes
Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll issues effectively
