Job Description:
Are you a dynamic, data-driven BCBA who thrives on
collaboration, evidence-based services, and a play-based,
naturalistic approach? Do you have a genuine passion for working
directly with children and their families while upholding the
highest standards of service quality? If you resonate with these
values, then we invite you to apply and become part of our
tight-knit community at Skilled Therapy & Play Services Inc.
We are a dedicated team of BCBAs and OTs committed to providing
neurodivergent-affirming care, and empowering children and families
to reach their highest potential. This includes placing an emphasis
on quality of care, collaboration and education.
In addition to our comprehensive in-home and community-based
services, we also operate two clinics in San Carlos, and one in San
Mateo. We provide 1:1 services, parent training, social groups,
camps, and inclusive community events.
We are seeking an exceptional BCBA to deliver direct services to
clients, primarily within their homes, schools, and daycares,
across Santa Clara County, with options for clinic services as
well. Our ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2 years experience
as a BCBA, though this is preferred, rather than required. We are
an out-of-network private practice. This allows us to provide a
personalized, client-centered approach to our services, free from
the constraints often associated with insurance. We primarily serve
ages 2-13, and all services are provided directly by the BCBA.
At STPS, we prioritize achieving a work-life balance. As such, we
define full-time employment as 30 hours per week, offering the
flexibility for individuals to work up to 40 hours per week.
