Project Team Administrator, you will onboard new hires and support
the Construction Team responsible for the design and construction
of the xScale AI Data Center Campus Builds across North
America.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative
- Calendar management for all Construction Directors and Senior
Directors
- Onboard and train all new Director, Senior, and Construction
Management hires
- Schedule complex travel and accommodation arrangements for team
meetings
- Assist in training and reviewing all reports (GFR, JV Monthly
Report, KPI Reports, and Business Cases)
- Manage and update internal team and project meeting
minutes
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of expense reports for
Directors and Senior Directors
- Actively manage purchase order life cycle
- Balance numerous assignments with competing priorities
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracySpecial
Projects
- Partner with the Leadership team to collaborate on projects and
programs
- Coordinate and support special projects as
neededEvents/Orchestrate Meeting Logistics
- Event planning
- Team building
- Venues
- Catering
- Video conferencing
- Audio-visual toolsCommunications
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partner support
organizations
- Manage Global level communications distribution lists, email,
and other correspondence
- Prepare presentation materials, e.g., PowerPoint slides,
meeting talking points, and agendas
- Interface with sensitive information and maintain a high level
of confidentiality
- Identify and foster cross-functional collaboration
opportunities
- Serve as a liaison between senior leadership, their direct
reports, and the front-line teamQualifications
- 3+ years experience required, 5+ years of Administrative
experience (or equivalent) preferred, with construction project
management support experience desired
- Expert proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel & Word is
required
- Extraordinary attention to detail and dedication to quality and
accuracy
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills
- Dedication to the highest degree of discretion and respect for
confidentiality
- Validated organizational skills with strong multi-tasking and
execution ability
- Ability to build and maintain positive and productive
inter-departmental working relationships

environmentCompensationThe United States targeted pay range for
this position is as follows:
- San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $84,000 to $126,000 per year
- California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York,
New Jersey, Washington state: $77,000 to $115,000 per year
- Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $70,000 to $104,000 per yearOur
pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay
for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related
skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This
position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can
share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location
during the hiring process.The targeted pay range listed reflects
the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered
