A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules
Implement ITIL processes and deliver end-to-end automated solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Mentor junior analysts and manage multiple projects to achieve high customer satisfaction scores

Required Qualifications

4+ years of ServiceNow Technical Consulting experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 platform capabilities
Extensive knowledge of Flow Designer and ServiceNow integrations
Understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile software development
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience as a Technical Consultant
