Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Member Research Analyst to
lead market research and development projects for strategic
planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and develop
business cases for growth opportunities
Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure data
accuracy and integrity in reporting
Manage member segmentation and provide insights for targeted
marketing and cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
5-7 years of experience in corporate market research and
analysis
Experience with data mining and member/customer segmentation
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business,
or related field focused on data analytics
Working knowledge of Tableau and basics of SQL
