• Oversee and manage production shift employees
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality
• Train production employees
• Oversee daily workflow and assignments
• Prepare work schedules
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment
• Troubleshoot issues
• Prepare documentation
• Other duties as assignedThis is a full time, temp to hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
