Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams business analysts data scientists and IT teams effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap and establish monitoring mechanisms to continuously assess and improve MDM solution. Coordinate with client SMEs to get the requirements streamlined understood and help document them and share with rest of team. Identify MDM use cases translate them to work items and provide technical guidance offshore/onshore team Define success criterion for implementation and assist in measuring success of the program implementation Participate in joint discussions with business stakeholders and IT SMEs to resolve critical issues related to Data Governance implementation Finalize blue-prints for meeting business goals showcase implementation results to customer and gather feedback. Design MDM building strategy finalize glossary configuration and define critical resources for metadata extraction Position Qualifications: Required skills:

• 12+ years in an IT related role
• Strong experience in Informatica MDM
• Certification in Informatica MDM is desireable Salary and Other Compensation: Application will be accepted until November, 17th, 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $88,000-$135,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
