Join our team and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.We are seeking an experienced Project & System Engineer to support the design, implementation, and optimization of capital equipment systems. This role involves working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to develop efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions for large-scale industrial equipment.Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize capital equipment systems to improve performance and efficiency.
• Lead process development, from concept to implementation, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation, sensors, and control systems.
• Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support the commissioning and validation of new equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, specifications, and manuals.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and source components for capital equipment projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and process optimization.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in process & systems engineering, with a focus on capital equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of automation, control systems, and industrial manufacturing processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.Wages: $89,000 - $98,400Benefits:We offer 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match and PTO.
