Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Specialist
responsible for providing tailored services to clients and
mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships through excellent customer
service
Manage the order process from client inquiry to invoicing and
follow-up
Handle corporate filings, including preparation and submission of
various documents
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
5+ years of experience in corporate services or registered agent
industry preferred
Intermediate level skills with MS Office, including Word, Excel,
and Outlook
FinCEN ID certification required
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
