Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Solutions
Strategist to join their Global CX & Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business and technical sides, serving as
the product owner of the Experience Management (XM) capability
Develop a roadmap for the strategic advancement of experience
management capabilities
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Qualtrics
platform, supporting users and aligning its capabilities with
strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in Customer Experience or a related role in a
tech-driven environment
3-5 years of experience with CX platforms, particularly Qualtrics
XM
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale tech initiatives from
planning to execution
Knowledge of emerging trends in technology and customer
experience
