Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the global talent acquisition strategy and operations
Ensure a seamless candidate experience for external and internal talent
Collaborate with Communications & Brand to develop a recruitment marketing strategy

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition in a global context
Experience leading global teams and working with external recruitment partners
Ability to connect talent to business strategy
Metrics-driven approach to deliver tangible business outcomes
Strong talent assessment capability and insights
