Job Description:
A company is looking for an AEC Offering Specialist to support
the implementation of the AEC Business Plan and Offering Management
Process.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and attend project meetings, document key decisions, and
track action items
Update and organize project documentation, including spreadsheets
and presentations
Support the AEC Offering Management Process by scheduling milestone
meetings and updating resource spreadsheets
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project coordination or management in
marketing, GTM, or new product introduction
Ability to manage multiple projects across various teams
simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word,
and Excel
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with MS Teams/SharePoint and scheduling tools like MS
Project or Smartsheet
