works with EA's executive leadership to shape strategies that guide
decision-making impact across the company. You will work across
projects that support the C-Suite, game studios, commercial,
marketing, and technology organizations.You will report to a Sr.
Director and will be part of the strategy generalist program,
rotating across Strategy projects and leadership. This role is
hybrid, 3 days/week in the office.Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Analysis: Use hypothesis-driven approaches to
support high-visibility/impact initiatives across the company.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Analyze shifts in consumer behavior,
game development, technology, and market landscapes to uncover
trends that shape EA's strategic direction. Monitor advancements in
AI, game technology, and coding practices to uncover
opportunities.
- Assess Competitive Dynamics: Explore the competitive landscape
and industry dynamics, evaluating EA's position and opportunities
for growth.
- Develop Strategic Recommendations: Develop and deliver
actionable recommendations that empower business leaders to make
informed decisions, incorporating AI to innovate decision-making,
growth, and efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with diverse teams,
including game studios, commercial, social, and technology
organizations.
- Support New Initiatives: Support key growth initiatives to help
define and execute on opportunities to unlock value for
EA.Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional, internship, or externship experience
in management consulting, investment banking, or strategic roles at
a fast-growth tech company.
- Experience with business writing and verbal communication, with
the ability to create compelling presentations for senior
leaders.
- Proficient in Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint, with
the ability to translate data into stories and experience with
financial modeling.
- Proficiency in AI Tools and Programming.
- Coursework, certifications or experience in AI/ML.Compensation
and Benefits:The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith
expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the
time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a
recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay
offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business
and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications,
certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or
business needs).
- Base Salary Ranges: $82,500 - $122,900 USDIn the US, we offer a
package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to
start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays
per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby,
medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability
insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles
