Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Care Navigator (BCBA or
Licensed OT) to support families in navigating mental health care
services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct introductory Kickoff Sessions with families to identify
needs and connect them with services
Assist families with non-clinical aspects of care, including
scheduling and billing
Provide administrative support, including creating super bills and
invoicing
Required Qualifications and Education
Holds a BCBA credential or is a Licensed Occupational Therapist
Master's degree in Child Development, Education, Psychology, Social
Work, Counseling, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience working with children and
families
Experience with electronic medical records and technology
systems
Comfortable in a remote startup environment
