RN - HOME HEALTH Schedule: Full Time Day Shift Possible Service Locations: this position will be traveling around Sonoma County Job Description: Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need.   • Completes necessary education to attain RN Licensure in state of California.
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • One year: Professional nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications:
    • IV and Central lines experience.
    • Wound care including use of negative pressure devices.
