Key responsibilities include managing schedules, optimizing workflows, leading performance improvement initiatives, and supporting staff training and development. You'll also balance hands-on bench work with administrative duties, ensuring seamless medication management and patient safety.Reporting to both the Chief Medical Officer and the Multi-Site Pharmacy Director, this Pharmacy Manager will have oversight of a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians, full-time pharmacists, and per diem pharmacists. The department supports pharmacy services for the hospital's 25 inpatient beds and 20 clinics.
