Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Clinical Reimbursement Analyst to
provide analytical and reimbursement guidance across various
operating segments.
Key Responsibilities
Review and audit MDS documentation for accuracy and compliance with
Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Develop and implement work plans to maximize reimbursement and
ensure timely MDS submissions
Provide training and support to nursing staff on MDS assessment
skills and regulatory changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent education required
Minimum of three to five years of MDS experience preferred
Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
preferred
Current unencumbered RN license in the relevant state
Certification from the American Association of Nurse Assessment
Coordination (AANAC) may be required within six months of hire
