Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Government Compliance (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and submission of Disclosure Statements (DS), Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS)
Research compliance issues, interpret government regulations, and provide recommendations to the business and leadership
Interface with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) on related audits and submissions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of experience; or 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
Proficient government accounting knowledge and experience at a defense contractor or government agency
Demonstrated ability to prepare adequate DS, FPRP, and ICS submissions
Ability to interpret and apply CAS, FAR/DFARS regulations
Experience with Business Systems and General Dollar Magnitude or Detailed Cost Impact is a plus
