least a year.Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and executing a strategic turnaround
business plan, in partnership with the district team, to grow
revenue and materially impact sales and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, associate relations, resident and
family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory
compliance.
- Work with sales to drive results and foster a strong sales
performance culture.
- Assess local market and develop and implement a turnaround
business plan.
- Manage community performance against turnaround goals and
adjust plans as needed.
- Provide strategy, support, and vision to achieve sales and
occupancy goals.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the
management team and encourage teamwork.
- Attract, develop, engage, and retain associates in accordance
with Company policies.
- Maintain positive resident relations and empower community
management to solve resident problems.
- Ensure community's care and services meet the needs of
residents.
- Analyze, develop, and execute annual operating and capital
budgets.
- Identify and build positive relationships with local
influencers and professionals.
- Ensure buildings, grounds, and property are up to Company
standards.
- Enforce current Company policies and procedures.This job

and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required; or additional years of experience
can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year
basis.
- Minimum of five years of operational leadership experience
required, and three years of successful sales experience in a
related industry strongly preferred.
- Proven record with high degree of initiative and urgency
towards making significant improvement in meeting operational
goals.Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
- Must have a valid administrator license in states where
required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private
vehicle for business use.Knowledge and Skills
- Significant knowledge of an advanced discipline with a working
knowledge of related fields.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and methods.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple
tasks.
- Proven success in driving results.Physical Demands and Working
Conditions
- Standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands and fingers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Requires interaction with co-workers, residents, or
vendors.
- Occasional weekend, evening, or night work may be needed.
- Possible exposure to communicable diseases and
