Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of R&D Data Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a high-performing team while overseeing daily
priorities and ensuring high-quality data management standards
Define long-term strategies for Data Management and collaborate
with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes
Oversee day-to-day data management activities and ensure compliance
with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in relevant
fields such as Computer Science or Statistics
At least 5 years of leadership experience in study data management
within pharmaceutical R&D
Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster an
inclusive work culture
Experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of Good
Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Competence in managing multiple projects and achieving business
objectives
