Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transition Manager responsible for
planning and managing the transition of health readiness programs
and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement transition strategies for health readiness
programs in alignment with DoD objectives
Manage the transition process for health systems, ensuring smooth
integration of new technologies and procedures
Oversee the transition of health IT systems, ensuring compatibility
with DoD health databases
Required Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen
A bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare
administration or public health
At least 2 years of experience in health readiness or project
management in a leadership role
Experience with DoD healthcare systems or federal health
regulations is preferred
In-depth knowledge of DoD health policies and regulations
