Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Manager (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a remote team of WFM Analysts to ensure schedule adherence
and call center performance
Analyze call and staff forecasts to identify needs and implement
corrections
Monitor real-time agent performance data and adjust staffing
resources accordingly
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent work history in Call Center WFM
Minimum five years of WFM experience with WFM Software
Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a call center
environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data
manipulation and analysis
Ability to manage expectations and meet deadlines in a
collaborative environment
