you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success.
You will work closely with our dedicated teams to develop effective
solutions that align with CPC's strategic goals. This is more than

supportive environment.Responsibilities:
- Safety Leadership: Drive environmental health and safety (EHS)
strategies to achieve organizational safety and environmental
goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with
internal stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with business
objectives.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the CPC
BioPharma Operations team, fostering a high-performance culture
rooted in collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer
focus. Provide leadership direction, coaching, and development
opportunities.
- Operations Management: Ensure safe, high-quality production
while meeting cost and service goals. Manage production schedules,
workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet objectives
efficiently. Ensure the shop floor has the necessary workforce,
skills, knowledge, space, and equipment required to achieve
production objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Define and implement manufacturing goals
and action plans aligned with company initiatives. Develop
equipment and process roadmaps to support business growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives aligned with the
Dover Operational Excellence model to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
- KPI Accountability: Own and drive performance metrics,
including:
- Safety (TRIR, hazard observations)
- Quality (yield, complaints, DPPM)
- Delivery (schedule attainment, on-time delivery)
- Cost (productivity, OEE, scrap reduction)
- Inventory accuracy and turns
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to
ensure quality and continuity of production.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with Finance to develop
operating plans and support capacity and staffing strategies
through the S&OP process.
- Policy and Compliance: Uphold and model Dover/CPC ethical,
operational and employment policies and standards.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct supervision of 4 exempt
employees and approximately 80 non-exempt employees.
- Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business
needs.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Operations
Management, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of manufacturing experience, including 10+ years in
leadership roles.
- Prior General Manager, Plant Manager, or Director of Operations
experience.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and future
leaders.
- Experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing
engineering.Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in high-mix, low-volume environments with complex
operations.
- Experience leading automation and equipment teams.
- Persuasive communication, multitasking, and attention to
detail.
- Leadership experience in industrial conglomerates or similar
organizations.Travel:
