Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead executive compensation initiatives and manage a team focused
on growth and development
Develop communication and training to enhance the utilization of
executive compensation tools
Conduct executive compensation analysis and prepare recommendations
for total cash compensation practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
11-14 years of experience in compensation management
Strong understanding of compensation philosophy and practices
Background in conducting M&A due diligence for Human
Capital
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
preferred
