Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of the existing 340B program and
analyze relevant data for optimization
Develop and implement strategies to enhance program efficiency
while ensuring compliance with regulations
Engage with stakeholders and provide training on 340B program
policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or relevant
healthcare degree
Experience in pharmacy management or healthcare operations,
preferably with a focus on 340B programs
Strong understanding of federal regulations governing the 340B
program
Proven analytical skills and experience with data
interpretation
