Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare physician employment contracts under the guidance of
in-house legal counsel
Develop contract language and review benchmarking for compliance
with laws and regulations
Ensure physician contracts are vetted through the internal
compliance process
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling physician contracts
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and redlining healthcare
contracts
Familiarity with federal and state laws governing physician
arrangements
Ability to work remotely within the eastern standard time zone
Mid-senior level experience in a legal function
