Job Description:
Our Chassis Controls team is seeking a highly motivated
Operations Lead & Project Manager.We need someone who loves to plan
and execute, thrives on coordinating large events and projects, and
can handle last minute curveballs with ease.You will be responsible
for ensuring smooth operations at multiple proving grounds around
the world, managing test trip activities, and coordinating
logistics for prototype parts and vehicles. Additionally, you'll
lead a team of Technicians and drive projects to completion.If
you're intrigued by the challenge of worldwide logistics-everything
from prototype screws to tires to vehicles-while navigating
ambitious timelines and shifting priorities, we want you on our
team.What You'll Do
- Maintain and actively manage a large fleet of prototype
vehicles across multiple global sites
- Identify and resolve any issues, prioritizing time and cost
efficiency
- Manage vehicle parts and tire inventory
- Coordinate and manage both large-scale international test trips
and last-minute requests for events ranging from a few people to
50+ attendees. This includes handling logistics, housing,
contracts, and ensuring the right parts-vehicles, tires,
equipment-are delivered to the correct location on time
- Manage and lead a team of vehicle technicians at multiple
locations, including planning travel, triaging incoming requests,
and assigning work
- Responsible for all shipments, including customs, tracking, and
cost optimization while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure
on time delivery
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with various teams to
update stakeholders on status, updates, and potential delaysWhat

- Strong passion for planning events and projects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with
the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple priorities
and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid understanding of vehicles, vehicle components, and
relevant equipment, or a strong interest and willingness to
learn
- Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to track and manage
various tasks while keeping all stakeholders informed of
status
- Strong ability to hold teams accountable and drive
progress
- Experience in Project Management with a background in
engineering, preferredCompensation and BenefitsAlong with

Compensation$80,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock
awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple
individualized factors, including market location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package
for this position may also include other elements dependent on the
position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans
will be provided if an employee receives an offer of
