Professional Services Engineer at mParticle, you will design,
develop, and deploy production-ready solutions for our customers,
enabling seamless integrations with our technology and data
ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Production
Engineering, to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet
customer requirements.This role offers you the opportunity to work
independently while receiving strong support from our team of
industry experts. You'll interact with leading minds in data
technology and marketing, gaining exposure to cutting-edge
platforms in machine learning, analytics, attribution, marketing

- Develop Solutions: Build scalable integrations tailored to
customer requirements and specifications.
- Optimize Processes: Enhance the efficiency of Professional
Services Engineering by improving documentation, tools, and
reusable code templates.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Customer Success
and Professional Services teams to ensure timely delivery of
high-value solutions.
- Scope Requirements: Translate customer needs into detailed
technical requirements and accurately estimate development
efforts.
- Ensure Quality: Rigorously test and validate integrations to
guarantee reliable and performant deployments.Is this opportunity
right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess a 4-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Have 2-5 years of experience writing and deploying
production-level code, with a strong grasp of software engineering
best practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in building and consuming RESTful
APIs.
- Experience building microservice architectures that operate at
a large scale with low latency; think billions of daily
transactions.
- Be experienced in managing CI/CD pipelines and working with AWS
or similar cloud technologies.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Have a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to
detail.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills,
enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments as a self-starter
with a proactive attitude.
- Be a team player who actively supports others and contributes
to a positive team dynamic.

- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as analytics,
attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push notifications, and social media
