Job Description:

About the role - you will:

• Collaborate with process teams to develop new materials, designs and/or processes that mitigate degradation mechanisms that results in improved reliability.
• Triage issues during continuous integration & deployment process.
• Design control of automation machine and equipment to support production line.
• Develop electrical designs for complex automation projects.
• Detail electrical schematics for build and meet safety requirements (SOP39 / SEMI).
• Sourcing of electrical components for designs.
• Adopt 6 sigma/DFSS in the complete tool development phase.
• Present the finished design to management and team members for evaluation, test, and manufacturing readiness reviews.About you:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechatronic Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Self-motivated, responsible, clear communication skills, and good logical thinking.
• Ability to work well in small teams.
• Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.Your experience includes:
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, Matlab, LabVIEW, Python, and control systems are preferred, but not all required.
• Familiarity with machine elements such as electrical controls, AC/DC motors, servo motors, sensor systems, general panel equipment, drives, and pneumatics.
• Basic knowledge & understanding of PLC programming and control systems.
• Hard Disk Drive manufacturing and Robotic technology are advantages.Location:Home to 4,000+ employees, our Teparuk site produces nano-recording heads, a crucial component of the read/write functionality of a hard disk drive.
