• Drive significant technical contributions that directly impact thousands of users in the building materials space
• Architect and implement scalable solutions that enhance team velocity and system reliability
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and customers to shape product direction
• Mentor fellow engineers and help establish engineering best practices
• Work with modern technologies including Go, TypeScript, and ReactIdeal Candidate Background
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least two of: Go, TypeScript, or React
  • Track record of shipping production code in fast-paced environments
  • Startup experience preferred, particularly in early to growth-stage companies
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solvingPreferred Qualifications
    • Experience with B2B SaaS products
    • Background in building scalable systems
    • Interest in modernizing traditional industries
    • Passion for creating excellent user experiencesCompensation & Benefits
      • Highly competitive base salary ranging from $175K - $243K based on level
